Shipping

Processing times

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.


• Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated lead times
will be communicated at the time of order.


• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping methods & timeframes


• Standard shipping times typically range between two and seven business days within Australia.


• International shipping timeframes vary depending on destination.


Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or
unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping costs


• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.


• For bulk or trade orders, freight may be quoted separately.


Damaged in transit


If your order arrives damaged:


• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


• Provide photos of the packaging and damaged product.


• Retain all original packaging until the issue is resolved.


We will assess and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution promptly.

Returns

Change of mind returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

• Items are unused and uninstalled.

• Products are in original condition and packaging.

• Proof of purchase is provided.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.

• Custom-made or special-order items are non-refundable.

Faulty or defective products

If you believe a product is faulty:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

• We may request the return of the item for inspection. If deemed faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will:

• Replace the product, or

• Provide a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note: Corrosion or damage resulting from improper installation, incompatible water chemistry (including high mineral or salt concentrations), or external environmental factors is not considered a manufacturing defect
